From Price Bargaining to Prepared Adaptability
An interactive learning platform that accompanies my BMS5410 learning journal. Twelve modules show what I learned, where my thinking changed, and let you test each theory yourself on one recurring case: a buyer negotiating for a property listed at S$1.80m.
How to use this platform
1 · Learn
Each module explains a course concept in my own reflective voice, applies it to the S$1.80m property case and ends with my numbered Personal Rule and a link to the Journal Part.
2 · Test
Every module has interactive exercises with instant feedback and an explanation for every option: calculators, builders, sorting tasks, dialogue practice and quizzes. Then run the full simulation.
3 · Reflect
Mark modules complete, save simulation debriefs to the Reflection Log and export them. Suggested path: Modules 1–6 → Simulation Run 1 → Modules 7–12 → Run 2 in blind mode.
Progress, quiz results and reflections are stored only in this browser (localStorage). Nothing is sent anywhere.

Deep critical reflection
Each module has a "Critical question" and a "What I got wrong before" section; Module 12 traces the root error (optimising the visible variable) and the tensions I have not resolved; the simulation invites you to argue with its own scoring.
Learning beyond class
Module 11 covers four outside readings with paraphrased ideas, the specific behaviour each changed and self-checks; the readings are woven into Modules 1–10 where they shaped my thinking.
